Belkis Barrera Lane; President 

Ms. Lane has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.  She has over 20 years of electrical design and construction experience in educational, commercial, retail, grocery, religious, institutional, and telecom facilities.  This includes budgeting, bidding, awarding contracts, purchasing, contractor investigation, equipment specification and the prioritization of projects.  While working in the telecom industry, she was a member of the Silica Project Team in Argentina where she trained engineering personnel in power plant design, vendor and procurement negotiations, and translation of standards.  She has extensive experience in managing projects from inception to closeout.  She has worked on domestic projects as well as projects in Mexico, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina.  Ms. Lane is currently working towards LEED AP certification.





James W. Lane, Jr., P.E.; Sr. Electrical Engineer;  Vice President

Mr. Lane has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in 12 states.  He has over 27 years of electrical design and construction experience in educational, commercial, industrial, retail, grocery, religious, institutional, military, correctional, and environmental facilities.  He has worked on domestic projects as well as projects in Mexico, Bolivia, and Syria.  He has performed site investigations in Venezuela, Brazil, Bolivia, and Mexico.  Mr. Lane maintains certification with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).  He is currently working towards LEED AP certification.
